All of our furniture pieces and accessories are unique. Any variations are intrinsic to the nature of the wood and are not a fault. It is important to realize that variations do occur in almost all wood products. Although we strive to ensure our products are consistent both in form and in color, for products created from natural wood as our own, lot variation is common.

Purchasing, Shipping & Returns.

When you place an order on our online store or by purchasing products from our website, you are agreeing to the terms that are defined by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Before placing an order or making a purchase from FORESTA, you are responsible to inform yourself of our policies that pertain to matters of purchasing, shipping, and returns. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pre-Order Policy

Any and all pre-orders are charged at the initial placement of your order. Pre-orders are usually delivered within 8 weeks of the order date, however an exact delivery date cannot be provided. We aim to dispatch pre-ordered items within 2 business days of their availability, subject to unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery time-frame.

Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Only one code may be used at any one time.

When you use a discount code you warrant to us that you are the duly authorized recipient of the discount code (as applicable) and that you are using it in accordance with these Terms, lawfully and in good faith. data. Our website and online webshop is hosted on Square Space Inc. They provide us with online hosting as well as the platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you via e-commerce. Your credit card information is not stored or kept at any time on our site.

Modifications To The Prices & Errors

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. FORESTA also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
